Once your order is places, your shipment will be made in the following 10 business days. An email will be sent to you with the tracking number. Please make sure to input a valid email address in order to get our notifications.
In order to minimize the courier charges, we utilise Poste Canada for our orders. If you require a faster service, contact us and we will gladly change that for you. We are not responsible for any duty charges you may incur in the delivery of your order.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Our hand dyed skeins may be different from one skein to another even if they come from the same dyeing batch. In order to insure a nice transition of colours between one skein and another, in particular with mixed colours, we suggest to alternate rows between both skeins.
Due to each monitor pixels and adjustments, it is probable that there is a difference between the colour of the skeins on screen vs in reality.
Although we make every effort to rinse each skein well, it is possible that some more saturated colors will slightly bleed. We recommend hand washing your knit in cold water.
No Refunds; Exchange only within the first 5 business days following receipt if the order. Please contact us in writing at email@example.com for a return authorization.
Products returned need to be in original packaging and sent back within 5 days of the Return Authorization.
Skeins that are winded are not returnable.
Items in promotion or from our HANGOVER Collection are not returnable.
Upon reception on the return we will issue a credit to your account for future use. Credit excludes any shipping costs related to the return.
In case of a defective item, a replacement or equivalent will be mailed to you or a credit will be added to your account for future purchases.
No exchange or Refunds on electronic items such as Patterns.
